Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are covered by Yyoupet. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging are not eligible for return.
